We never franchise nor subcontract our basic cleaning services. In business since 1995, we’re a direct employer. We are local and we hire local, and do not bring in third parties unnecessarily to complicate matters and dilute your cleaning dollars.

Our current field staff consists of the Director of Operations, the Corporate Business Development Manager, Daytime Field Manager, Evening Field Managers, Operations Assistants, Day Porters and Project Managers, and over 100 full and part-time custodians working throughout our coverage area. It is our intent that all regular janitorial service work performed on any client’s premises will always be performed by our permanently assigned employees.

Balanced Cleaning Approach
Beneficial is proud to offer our clients what we refer to as our Balanced Cleaning Approach. While it has, as part of it, an environmentally conscious element, we understand that our ultimate contractual goal is to provide you with a thoroughly clean and sanitary work environment. This includes proper disinfecting, effective soil and dust removal, and stain treatment, etc. When and where appropriate, based on the surface to be cleaned and the soil encountered, we will give first consideration to lessening the chemical impact in our procedures. However, unless otherwise directed by you, we will also, when and where appropriate, select the right product for the job at hand; to which the added value of “elbow grease” cannot be overlooked.
BMS works closely with both industry consultants and our professional supply vendors in finding the best in safe and effective chemicals, water & chemical reducing microfiber cloths and mops, and efficiency-enhancing high-filtration vacuums and other such equipment and supplies. We feel that, combined, these contribute to a “reduce, reuse, and recycle” regime that we are proud of, and one that we are proud to offer our clients.
