Beneficial was founded in 1995 and has grown from a small local company into a multi-million-dollar organization serving the janitorial needs of approximately 200 clients, some with multiple locations. Including Day Porter coverage, we currently service a few million square feet of cleanable space throughout the Southern California representing a wide variety of sizes and types of cleaning environments. We’ll bring our industry knowledge and experience to your facility as well.

BMS Makes Training A Top Priority
Although the work of cleaning is generally non-technical in nature, the level of service quality is greatly enhanced when the people performing the work are properly trained, thoroughly equipped, and know that they’re an integral part of a team-like environment.
Training at BMS is both initial and ongoing. Safety, security, ergonomics, conduct, and communication are essential points. Next come procedures, equipment, chemicals, supplies, and reporting. This instruction is taught throughout our workforce (in our office, in the field, and in our clients’ facilities), by our management and supervisory team. In doing so, we make use of a variety of training aids and resources, not the least of which are our professional vendor alliances who offer comprehensive training and certification programs on the types of equipment, chemicals, and methods we utilize in the field.
